Perfectionism & Self-Pressure
When nothing feels like enough, no matter how much you do
What this can feel like…
You might feel like nothing you do is ever quite enough, even when you’re doing a lot.
There can be a constant sense of pressure—holding yourself to high standards, overthinking your decisions, or feeling like you should be doing more or doing it better.
You may find it hard to relax or feel satisfied, as if there’s always something else you should be working on or improving.
A Deeper Understanding
Perfectionism often isn’t just about high standards—it’s about the pressure underneath them.
It can develop as a way of trying to feel secure, accepted, or in control, especially in environments where expectations felt high or uncertain. Over time, it can become a constant internal voice that’s hard to step away from.
While it may seem like it helps you stay motivated, it often leads to burnout, self-criticism, and a sense that you’re never quite measuring up.
Rather than trying to get rid of perfectionism, we work on understanding what’s driving it and building a more balanced, compassionate way of relating to yourself.
What we’ll focus on together
-Understanding the pressure you place on yourself
-Noticing patterns of overthinking and self-criticism
-Exploring where these expectations come from
-Learning to set more realistic and flexible standards
-Creating space for rest and self-compassion
-Letting go of the need to constantly prove yourself
Craving a deeper sense of connection and alignment?
Sometimes the goal isn’t just feeling “less bad” — it’s feeling fully connected to yourself again.
My coaching program is designed for individuals seeking a more holistic and transformational healing experience through somatic work, nervous system regulation, emotional integration, spirituality, and self-reconnection.
Together, this work supports greater embodiment, authenticity, emotional clarity, and inner trust.
