I created this space for individuals seeking something deeper than surface-level self-improvement — a space for greater self-understanding, emotional honesty, meaningful growth, mindfulness, and authentic connection.
As both a therapist and coach, I’ve seen how many people move through life appearing “fine” externally while internally feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or uncertain about what truly feels meaningful.
My work is rooted in the belief that healing and growth are not about becoming someone entirely new, but about reconnecting with yourself beneath conditioning, survival patterns, chronic self-pressure, and external expectations.
My approach is grounded, reflective, and psychologically informed while also creating space for deeper exploration around mindfulness, spirituality, embodiment, consciousness, and intentional living where meaningful and supportive.
I’m especially drawn to the intersection of emotional awareness, existential exploration, mindfulness, and transpersonal perspectives — including themes of presence, interconnectedness, self-awareness, and authentic living.
I believe meaningful transformation happens not only through insight, but through learning to slow down, become more present with ourselves, and relate to our internal experience with greater awareness and compassion.
