Healing rooted in presence, clarity, and real change.
Psychotherapy and coaching for perfectionists, deep feelers, and quiet meaning-seekers ready to reconnect with themselves
Together, we’ll focus on meaning, presence, and building a life that feels genuinely yours—not just managing symptoms.
My approach to therapy is grounded, present, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where you can slow down, reflect, and understand yourself in a deeper, more meaningful way.
I won’t just sit back and nod. Together, we’ll explore patterns, hard questions, and the choices that shape your life—while creating a space that feels steady, supportive, and non-judgmental.
While symptom relief can be part of the process, our work also focuses on meaning, presence, clarity, and building a life that feels aligned and genuinely yours.
In addition to therapy, I also offer coaching for individuals seeking personal growth, deeper alignment, or meaningful life change. While therapy focuses on emotional healing and mental health, coaching is geared more toward self-discovery, intentional living, and moving forward in specific areas of life.
For both therapy and coaching, my approach remains grounded in presence, curiosity, honesty, and genuine human connection.
About me
Hi, I’m Sarah. My work blends existential-humanistic therapy with mindfulness, depth-oriented exploration, and holistic approaches to growth and healing.
I’ve worked in the mental health field since my early 20s, and for the past five years have been in private practice supporting individuals navigating perfectionism, questions of meaning, relationship challenges, and feeling disconnected from themselves.
My work centers on authenticity, self-understanding, and helping you feel more alive and connected in everyday life.
I hold a graduate degree in Clinical Psychology from Roosevelt University and bring both clinical training and real-world experience into the work I do with clients.
My style is warm, thoughtful, and engaged. I aim to create a space where you feel genuinely understood, while also being gently challenged to look deeper, question patterns, and move toward a way of living that feels more aligned with who you are.
Through both therapy and coaching, I support individuals seeking deeper healing, personal growth, and a more meaningful relationship with themselves and their lives.
I believe this work is most meaningful when it goes beyond surface-level coping—when it helps you reconnect with yourself, your values, and a deeper sense of purpose in your life.
Who I work with…
I work well with thoughtful, sensitive, and spiritually curious individuals who are tired of surface-level fixes and want to understand what truly matters to them.
Often, they’re overthinkers, seekers, or quietly exhausted—wanting more clarity, depth, and a way of living that feels more like their own.
Why I do this work…
I’ve always been drawn to the deeper questions—what gives life meaning, how we connect, and what it means to live in a way that feels true.
This work matters to me because I’ve seen how powerful it can be to slow down, reflect, and begin to understand yourself more clearly. Through both therapy and coaching, I help create space for deeper self-understanding, meaningful growth, and reconnecting with what matters most so you can build a life that feels more aligned and genuinely your own.
