Therapy

Reconnect with yourself, understand the patterns keeping you stuck, and create lasting change through a thoughtful, integrative approach.

You Don’t Have to Have It All Figured Out

Many people come to therapy believing they should already know how to fix what they're feeling. They tell themselves they're overreacting, that they should be able to handle it on their own, or that things "aren't bad enough" to ask for help.

You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in old patterns, or simply longing for a deeper understanding of yourself, therapy offers a space to slow down, explore what's beneath the surface, and begin moving toward meaningful, lasting change.

What I Help With

Therapy isn't about fitting yourself into a diagnosis—it's about understanding the experiences, patterns, and challenges that have shaped the way you relate to yourself and the world.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, ADHD, relationship challenges, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can help you gain clarity, build self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My Approach

Therapy isn't about applying a single technique or offering quick fixes. My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to your unique experiences, helping you better understand yourself while creating meaningful, lasting change.

🌿 Humanistic

I believe you aren't broken. Therapy is a space to reconnect with yourself, build self-compassion, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and aligned.

🌿 Mindfulness

Mindfulness helps you develop greater awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and patterns so you can respond with intention instead of reacting automatically.

🌿 Integrative

I draw from humanistic, mindfulness, psychodynamic, existential, and transpersonal approaches, adapting therapy to your unique goals and experiences rather than using a one-size-fits-all method.

What Therapy Is Like

🌿 A Safe, Compassionate Space

Therapy is a place where you don't have to pretend everything is okay. You can show up exactly as you are.

🌿 A Collaborative Process

We'll work together to understand your experiences, identify patterns, and explore what will best support your growth.

🌿 Practical & Insight-Oriented

Alongside deeper self-understanding, you'll develop practical tools to navigate anxiety, stress, relationships, and life's challenges.

🌿 Meaningful, Lasting Change

My goal isn't simply to help you feel better for today—it's to help you build a more compassionate relationship with yourself that supports lasting change.

Therapy is more than talking about what's wrong. It's an opportunity to slow down, better understand yourself, and explore the patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck.

Together, we'll create a space where you can speak openly, without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. We'll explore not only the challenges you're facing today, but also the experiences, beliefs, and patterns that have shaped the way you relate to yourself and the world around you.

Rather than offering quick fixes, my goal is to help you develop greater self-awareness, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and create meaningful, lasting change. Along the way, we'll celebrate your strengths, build practical tools for navigating life's challenges, and help you move toward a life that feels more grounded and aligned with who you are.

Therapy is a collaborative process, and we'll move at a pace that feels right for you.
